To cancel a rental, go to your ‘Rental History’ and select ‘View Details’ for the rental you would like to cancel. You can then cancel your rental by selecting ‘Manage My Rental’.

Please note:

• Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the rental start date incur a 30% cancellation charge, automatically applied through your refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable unless actioned within 2 hours of the booking.
